We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Female Telecaller Fresher Executives to join our team. As a Telecaller, your role will involve communicating with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services
• Handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Maintaining accurate customer records in the system
• Following up on leads and closing sales
• Providing product/service information and addressing customer concerns
• Achieving set targets and KPIs
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and/or [local language]
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy is a plus
• High school graduate or should be able to explain course/programs and related details as per provided.
