Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Sell and promote our photography courses to prospective students by highlighting the expertise and experience of our top-tier trainers.
• Consult with potential students to understand their learning goals and recommend the most suitable training programs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the institute.
• Track and manage sales leads and follow up using CRM tools and other sales management systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on photography trends, the latest training methods, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, photography, or creative industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential students.
• A genuine passion for photography and an appreciation of high-level photographic training.
